Valentine's Mini Cookie Sets

Mini vanilla sugar cookies decorated with vanilla royal icing. Each sleeve of cookies comes heat sealed inside of a clear box with a bow and "Happy Valentine's Day" tag. Sets of mini hearts will come with four cookies.
